We really don't know how we first made contact with Marty Dwyer, but we are so happy that he became our agent. We had tried a few others, but we weren't getting much help from them. When Marty responded to our inquiries, he worked tirelessly and answered our many emailed and phone questions immediately and seemingly at all hours of day, night, weekends and holidays. Marty visited homes we expressed interest in and sent us photo after photo. When my wife traveled to AZ from Montana, Marty escorted her to many different properties. We believe that no one could have worked harder for us than Marty Dwyer. We trust Marty completely. We were most impressed with Marty's willingness to keep on working for us, through all the frustrations and endless demands we placed on him. He waded through the "short sale" quagmire until we finally closed on the perfect home for us. I have recommended Marty to several people thinking about a home in AZ. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being perfect. I'd rate Marty Dwyer at 15. The first thing I would say to anyone looking for a real estate agent would be, "get ahold of Marty Dwyer. You'll be glad you did".

Marty is a fantastic Realtor. He spent many days with us to get a good feel of what we were looking for in a home even prior to us being able to purchase. This made the process quick and painless when we were able to actually purchase our new home. Within a week of us being pre-approved he had located the perfect house for us and gave us great advise.
